Bug 560 "Integrate" AppDB and bugzilla

This is an update for bug 560

I have gone through each and every bug in Bugzilla (yes all 2174 of them) and
linked the ones that I could find an AppDB entry for. That translates into 756
bugs. Some of these bugs applied to more than one program. In those cases I
tried to link it to the most appropriate application. That usually translated
into the most widely used app.

About halfway through I created a new Keyword (NoAppDBEntry) to track those bugs
that I could not find an AppDB entry for. There are 249 bugs with this keyword.

There are a fair number of apps in this list that have more than one bug
entered. The one that sticks out in my mind right now is Xilinx, although there
were quite a few others.

What strikes me most about this, is that as I got to the newer bug reports I ran
into more and more esoteric programs. I think that is a good sign.

Once Jerry Has committed my bugs.php patch I will consider this bug closed. In
order to improve this more requires opening up the source code for our Bugzilla.
