wine metacity and ctrl-alt-del binding - ctrl sticks

This is a well known problem, you don't have to hit ctrl-alt-delete, for 
many users simply switching virtual desktops or using alt+tab will do it.

Unfortunately it seems that Alexandres wm (fvwm?) does not exhibit this 
issue with Wine ....
