Windows Admionistrator Rights

I see that the file .wine/user.reg has a line in it that reads

"USERPROFILE"="c:\\Windows\\Profiles\\Administrator"

but my Windows directory has no Profiles subdirectory in it:

Possibly this is part of the problem???
