Here is the exaustive list of per-app settings that we currently have
in winecfg:

[Version]
Windows
DOS

[DllOverrides]
<dllname1>
<dllname2>
...

[DSound]
EmulDriver

As you can see, there are only 4, we shouldn't complicate the UI
too much for them...
