Problem with office Installer and filename resoloution.

One first step could be to write a test case for the test suite, that shows
the error on wine and works on winXX. Mark it as todo_wine and contribute to
wine-patches. Hopefully someone cares, or you may even find yourself a patch
that gets accepted.
