I'm not sure how the sizing grip should look exactly, but
it would be very nice if you could use 
	DrawFrameControl(hdc, &rc, DFC_SCROLL, DFCS_SCROLLSIZEGRIP);
to draw it. I'm sure it will make it a lot easier to theme
the code in the (near) future.
