What I meant is that we should check for one of these new APIs that we 
need, and if we don't find it we should just do as if lcms.h was 
missing.

I.e. if your lcms library is too old, then Wine won't use it at all. 
That should keep things pretty much as simple as now, while avoiding 
compilation errors for people with old libraries.
