Forgot to mention another bug:
The window caption (a.k.a. title) doesn't get processed the same way as in
Windows. For example:
- in Windows, if the window is too short, "Registry Editor" becomes something
like "Regis..."
- in WINE, it becomes "Registry" and the caption overflows to the caption
button area

And, I forgot to attach the diff. It's attached now.
