make crosstest link error

It's libuuid.a which was not up-to-date on my system. And 'grep
CLSID_CMultiLanguage ole32.dll.so' shows a match but apparently this is
no where the symbol is defined anyway.

Sorry for the false alarm. Now 'make crosstest' compiles everything
fine.
