Depends. Many programs can be made to work properly, but many others
don't work yet and in many cases it requires some work/knowledge.

Huh!?

http://www.winehq.org/

http://www.winehq.org/site/download

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6241&package_id=77396
Then choose a Red Hat package for your system.

First "couldn't find anywhere", then "too much packages"?
Now what is it? ;-)

Since I don't know your exact distribution version, you have to find
the correct package file on your own from the page above, I'm afraid.

You may want to consider buying CrossOver Office instead,
commercial version of Wine with MUCH better handling and success rate
(especially since you were unable to locate the Wine package, so
I guess you'd have a harder time configuring Wine...).
Buying CXO ensures continued development support for Wine, which
I'd say is a Good Thing (tm).

Good luck,
