What program are you running and which platform is it designed to run 
on? I ask because the win9x shell32 exports SHLocalAlloc at a different 
ordinal to the NT shell32. Our shell32 mostly has the ordinals for the 
win9x shell32, so if the program is designed to run on NT then stub you 
are hitting is really something else.
