The distributor needs to setup a correct 32bit enviroment... 

In your case it is likely missing the 2 /usr/include/asm-XXX/ directories,
seperated by WORDSIZE #ifs in /usr/include/asm/ wrappers. (a glibc problem).

Also 32bit development and runtime libraries must correctly be setup.
