KDBG seems to be working ok, except when I select run
Unknown packet request vCont?
00000015:00000016: exception code=0x406d1388
I had a look at wineDBG and sure enough it's not
there, vCont is just cont[sig], step[sig] with an
optional thread ID so I'll hack something out to get
ddd and kdbg working (maybe missing the tid for now)
