winetest on wine and todo_wine

Heh, well, in my mind that's another reason to disable it for the Linux 
build. Given that assembling it flattens my computer (with "only" 256mb 
of ram), and that it's being built for the crosstests, I don't think 
there's any disadvantage to doing so.
