Try
WINEDEBUG=+driver,+winmm,+mmio,+mmsys,+sound,+mmtime,+mciwave,+msacm,+wavemap,+wave,+midi,+mixer,+mmaux,+dscapture,+dsound,+dsound3d
(whoa, that's about 3 times longer than expected! ;)

and maybe also with +relay if needed.
