shell32: Implement SHGetPathFromIDList based on GetDisplayNameOf

Alexandre, could you back this patch out?

This patch broke shell ParseDisplayName (created call loop) from
IShellFolder_ParseDisplayName to SHELL32_ParseNextElement back to
IShellFolder_ParseDisplayName
