Patch for wsock32 conformance test

This stuff should be merged with the other winsock tests in
dlls/winsock/tests/sock.c (assuming it does something that the current
tests don't, I haven't checked this). There is no point in having
duplicate tests for wsock32 since it just forwards everything to
ws2_32.
