Improve Bugzilla Query page usability by changing default state?

That's something, one finds by default in newer Bugzilla versions:
   http://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-2.20-branch/query.cgi
They actually not only seach in the bug's title, if I recall correctly.

Yes, by an admin. Simply go to http://bugs.winehq.org/editparams.cgi
search for
   defaultquery
and append
   &bug_status=UNCONFIRMED
(or muddle it in somewhere)
