Multiple defenitions of CLSID_FileProtocol

Hi,

Cross-compilation is broken again. This time its CLSID_FileProtocol.
The GUID is part of the standard MinGW 3.3 release. I can patch
MinGW to remove its definition of this GUID, but I'm not sure this is
the correct solution.

What do people think?

Cheers,

Paul.
