IMHO, "wineprefixcreate" should be able to set "SystemDrive" and
"SystemRoot" (maybe "profiles" and "temp" also).

The Profile-Directory changed since w2k 
(localiced version of: "%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings")

Starting with W2k, the "TEMP" - Directory is relative to "USERPROFILE".
(localiced version of: "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp")


When I started with wine (in march), I changes wineprefixcreate to 
support additional options, but there where to much things fixed to 
"c:\windows" (including the Settings above).
