autogen configure script

You don't need to diff configure, only configure.ac.  Alexandre discards 
configure changes and regenerate configure with his version of autoconf, 
so there's no need to send patches changing it.

I suspect that there may be a licensing issue if you add stuff coming 
from Samba (GPL), to Wine (LGPL).
