ExtractFiles calls cabinet.Extract which only has an ansi version

Would there be a conflict if we add the A and W versions for Extract
and forward Extract to ExtractA (like we did with advpack.spec)?  The
other solution, workaround really, is to convert the unicode strings
in ExtractFilesW to ansi and then call Extract.
