Forming a SOC review committee

One thing that I would like to see is to establish a more
formal post-mortem for every project accepted. Otherwise
we can be left in a uncertain possition as to what was
accomplished, what's left do do, etc.

What I would like to see in a post-mortem:
  -- short intro on what the project was about
  -- what got done (detailed list)
  -- what is left to do (_very_ detailed list)
  -- future (related) work
  -- a look back (what over under/over estimated, etc)
  -- conclusions

While I've been rather busy lately, you can always count
on me, if need be. Hopefully we also get some young blood too :)
