The program crashed inside the heap manager. I tried to submit a patch 
years ago that made us not use the heap when starting the debugger, but 
it was rejected. You will need to attach a debugger from another process 
and hope by chance that you will get at least a partial backtrace. 
Alternatively, you could try to trace the source of those heap errors, 
which probably caused the crash.
