riched20_crosstest.exe does not build (-lriched20)

Hi.
While testing for bug #4567
( http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4567 ):

riched20_crosstest.exe does not Build:
/usr/lib/gcc/i586-mingw32msvc/3.4.2/../../../../i586-mingw32msvc/bin/ld:
cannot find -lriched20

Is this the same Problem for "winetest-latest.*" still dated 10.Feb ?
