shlwapi: Fix compilaction with GCC 4.1.

Yeah, that's what I'd expect gcc should do, but if there is a bug in
official
release of gcc that is easy to workaround, we should do it in Wine IMO.
Can anyone confirm that it's really a bug in gcc (I'm not C spec expert
too)?
