New bugs are assigned by default to wine-bugs at winehq.org, and so any 
additional postings get sent there. When a bug is reassigned to someone 
else, it is necessary to move the wine-bugs at winehq.org to the CC list in 
order for the postings to continue to be sent out (at least that is the 
way it used to be, and apparently it has not changed). In the past, 
several moderators have attempted to catch these changes. But inevitably 
some will get missed.

I suppose this could be fixed by "subscribing" wine-bugs at winehq.org. 
Would someone like to give that a try?
