Wine 0.9.25 full of regressions!

Ok, i found patch which caused regression in 3DMark 2003, Flatout and 
some other games and apps, it is this patch:
kernel32: Better workaround for the lack of locale environment variables 
on MacOS from Alexandre Julliard
