If you're running on a windows machine it's possible your hosts file or
your DNS cache service has been hijacked by spyware/a trojan.  Make
sure your hosts file is clean, and then run "ipconfig /flushdns" to
clear your local caches.  (of course if you are infected with something
those changes may not stick)
