Solution to 0.9.35 fonts problem (was: Re: Ubuntu packages for wine-0.9.35 are broken)

After some searching and help from a ton of people, I have tracked down
and I think fixed the issue.  Turns out libxrender-dev was missing from
the build dependencies, and Wine was being built without it.

I've uploaded the fixed package to our Edgy APT repository now.  Feisty
and Dapper packages should come by Monday.
