[Winetest RFI] What do you want out of the test suite?

Hi Stefan,

We (Feri and I) are in favor of that one as well. So I'll change the tools to 
handle that.

The only thing we were not sure about yet is what color the left border should 
be as yellow was already assigned to 'mixed results'.

Eventhough there's a potential 'risk' of a clash between a 'mixed result' and a 
todo I think we'll go with the yellow border. The reasoning is that the number 
of Wine reports is low anyhow thus the chances we have a clash is low as well 
(Wine will most likely be the only one with a yellow border).

(If needed in the future, changing the color is just a minor change to the .css 
file).
