One of the needed keywords is printing.
I asked for a seperate component years ago, 
but only got "wine-gdi" renamed to "wine-gdi-(printing)".

Printing is also a part of gdi, but printing is much more than gdi.
(wineps.drv and winspool.drv are the big visible parts).
