We currently have wine-shdocvw and wine-urlmon. That's fine for me and I
don't think we want to split shdocvw to mshtml and shdocvw. Although the
current name may be confusing (I don't really care about the name), it's
often not obvious which of these DLLs has caused the bug (it will be
even worse when we will move part of shdocvw.dll to ieframe.dll, as IE7
did).
