Serial port working with +relay but not normal

Hello, again.

Two months ago I posted a message

this list.
Now I'm using wine-0.9.36, but the serial port problem is still the 
same. After port initialization (19200,8N1-it's OK I think) no data is 
received from serial device.

Last two lines repeats... The interesting part is that if I run wine 
with +relay option, I can transfer data from serial device to PC. Has 
this set_queue_size message anything to do with this problem?
Can someone please help and put me to the right direction.
