I believe wine-quartz is meant for dlls/winequartz.drv, which is the mac
os x quartz driver.

I'm against specific dll components, if you report a bug it could be a
series of dlls, so something like direct3d would be better then wined3d,
d3d9, d3d8, d3d7.
