website: add links to most popular active Wine forums

I like the idea of a bidirectional forum gateway to wine-users. I
haven't seen one I actually like yet, but I trust one exists.

If you can explain what it is that makes google groups suck,
maybe I can do something about it.  Send those comments
to me offlist, though.
