bugzilla: obsolete components

I've switched the components to unknown on the following components,
so they can be removed:

console
directx-dshow
help
ipc
ports
resources

These are the counts of the remaining obsolete components:

binary - 1193
directx - 375
files - 137
gui - 358
multimedia - 139
winelib - 143

I'll correct these components at a rate of about 100 a day so as not
to spam the list too much.
