Path reset on wine update

System one for sure, user one I don't know. I just use apps that append
their "common files" subfolder to the system path.
Each time the "prefix requires update" message appears (not on each git
fetch, I guess just for new tags, but not sure...), the path gets reset
as it's on clean wineprefix.
