Concerning Bug 11509 (AES Provider Handling for Windows XP)

Hi,

Modifying an existing key is not a good idea.
Julliard, is also against it, hence rejected my second try.
It will fail for 2003 and Vista.
I am working on a fix.
Having no time to test, my last days on my current project at work.
Pretty busy :(
Will send the new patch on monday.
