This would annoy all the people that the association targets. We can
either make it easy to run all Windows apps (malware and legit) via
file manager, or none at all.

Personally, I don't really care. I tend to run wine from a terminal
anyway so I can watch the pretty fixmes. But if it was my decision,
I'd probably err on the side of security.
