Sufficient 1.2 release criterion: passing all tests on all platforms?

As in, they already do, or as in, that should be a release criterion?

Hmm, we don't offer downloads or show test results for macosx yet,
so it seems premature to make macosx a release criterion.
Maybe for 1.4...
