Gecko installation broken?

That might explain why the HL2 test ran successfully yesterday, but not the 
TF2 test(which does the same Gecko setup). Today both failed again. On the 
other hand, it seems that the download succeeds - the progress bar runs to 
the end, and the dialog box says "installing" for about a second.
