Thanks for the thought.  It is absolutely strange as this just started happening.  I correct the Git and it happens after a few more tries at git bisect.  Maybe something did change the file between wine-1.1.10 and wine-1.1.11 that git bisect corrupts.  I'll be looking at this after the long ride this weekend and over the holiday next weekend.
