On the most recent git all I see is a single instance of:

Testing right after the patch in question is applied that message shows up a
few more times, but all within the first minute or so of processing.
However, this message also showed up in versions before the patch is
applied.

To see the problem (after installing):
1) Choose "New" from the "File" menu
2) Click "OK"
3) Click "I have read and accept the message above"
4) Click "Next" 7 times
5) Click "Finish"

It is important to note that once this process has run through that it does
not necessarily need to be run again (I haven't seen this being 100%
consistent).  So, you'll need a fresh Wine prefix if you let it run all the
way through the ~30 minutes of processing.
