This patch indeed introduces warnings:

Warning: string "Greška programa" seems to be UTF-8 but codepage 1250 is 
in use.

Ako nemate ovaj problem pod Windows i nije prijavljen još, možete 
prijaviti na http://bugs.winehq.org." seems to be UTF-8 but codepage 
1250 is in use.
