if the translation is the same for UK, AU and NZ then please add only
one copy of it and mark it as
LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH, SUBLANG_NEUTRAL
That will do as the LANG_ENGLISH family will inherit first from
SUBLANG_NEUTRAL and only if that doesn't exist from SUBLANG_DEFAULT.
