Can we please have a "packaging" bugzilla component and not close packaging bugs?

They are not strictly Wine bugs, but that doesn't mean they can't be
tracked in bugzilla. We also track website or appdb bugs, where nothing
can be fixed in Wine either. I do think it would have to be a different
product in bugzilla, not just a component of the Wine product.
