Ubuntu 11.04 beta 1 is out, http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/natty/beta
There are aleady about six bug reports about how its new UI interacts with Wine:

If you're an ubuntu user, please try out Natty Beta,
review those bugs, and vote for the ones that affect you.
