[2/3] wined3d: Constant load optimisations

Hi Dan,

I have a question for you.
These issues are fixed locally thanks to unit tests, and I am preparing a
new patch set with bugfix & cleaning. Is there any way (besides sending
patches to wine-patches) to issue a buildbot job ? I remember reading
something about accounts on the wiki, but I am not anymore this was buildbot
related.
