winecfg: Specify a context for the 'Letter' paper size. (try 2)

While paper size is probably the most commonly used meaning within
Wine, it seems pretty obvious to me that in this context "Letter"
means "letter of the alphabet", because it refers to the letter that
is used for mapping drives in winecfg (A, B, ... Z).
